Current Job Opportunities:

Helper: $8-1O/hr No specific experience Owns minimal personal tools Requires supervision at all tasks Carpenter: $1O-12/hr Proficient in framing, can install basic windows and patio doors. Some experience in drywall and trim Owns all the basic tools Requires supervision in some tasks Lead Carpenter: $12-15/hr Pay dependent on proficiency in framing, drywall, trim, tile, cabinets, flooring, roofing, & siding Owns all the tools needed to do his/her job Requires minimal supervision

Employment expectations:

• No drinking of alcohol on the job site or during lunch hours.
• Profanity is prohibited.
• No unauthorized people on the job site. This creates a liability problem.
• Be ready to start working on time. Have your tools out and ready.
• Boots are required.
• Be courteous to subcontractors, builders, inspectors, homeowners, and anyone else on the job site.
• No smoking on any client's property or in any client's home. Do not leave Cigarette buts on a client's property
